  1. About the Order Form:
    The order form has opened in a new browser window and will stay open until you close it, or move to the payment choice page. All links from the order form will open in a new browser window so you do not lose any information you have entered onto the form.

    Please note that this is an order form and NOT a shopping cart.

    Keep your order form open whilst you browse the Bookstore and just add to the same form. You will not need to click on the "Buy now" link again!

  2. Postage:
    Postage rates on this website only apply to UK mainland. For all other destinations, we will email you the postage and packing costs before accepting payment. Where possible, you will be given a choice of Air Mail or Surface rates.

  3. How to pay by Credit Card via a fax or post:
    • We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards only.
    • On the order form, select the items you would like, fill out your name and address details (make sure these are as they appear on your payment card statement).
    • Click on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.
    • On the Order Summary page, select your payment method.
    • Click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.
    • Switch on your printer and click on either the Print icon in your browser or select Print from the menu options in your browser
    • On the print-out, write out your card number, card expiry date, and your name as it appears on the card. Please sign this form and fax or post to us. The fax number (01606 593142) and address will be on the form.
    • A copy of your order will be emailed to you and to us for information
    • These details will be repeated on the Order Summary page!

  4. How to pay by Cheque:
    • Fill out your name and address details and select the items you would like.
    • Click on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.
    • On the Order Summary page, select your payment method, and check your details are correct.
    • Click "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.
    • The next page will be printer friendly and have all your details and our address
    • Switch on your printer and click on either the Print icon in your browser or select Print from the menu options in your browser
    • Post the print-out to the address on the form, together with your cheque for the full amount (£ pounds sterling only) made payable to "Jackson & Jackson"
    • A copy of your order will be emailed to you and to us for information
    • These details will be repeated on the Order Summary page!

  5. How to pay by direct bank transfer: (For overseas customers only!)
    • Fill out your name and address details and select the items you would like.
    • Click on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.
    • On the Order Summary page, select your payment method.
    • Click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.
    • When we have received your order it will be processed, usually within 24 hours.
    • Within a few days, we will email you with a choice of postage rates (Surface or airmail) and our bank details. Once payment has been confirmed your order will be despatched.
    • A copy of your order will be emailed to you for information.
    • These details will be repeated on the Order Summary page!

  6. What happens next?
    • UK orders: when we have received your order it will be processed, usually within 24 hours. At the time your order is ready to be despatched we will then debit your credit card, or if paying by cheque we will first bank your cheque and wait for it to clear. We will email you to confirm despatch of your order. If the postage works out much more than we expect, we reserve the right to contact you with the option to pay the surplus. This is rare and may apply to unusual orders. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
    • Non-UK Orders: when we have received your order we will process it as for UK orders except that we will contact you with the postal costs and the final total before we acept the payment. Please allow the additional time for overseas postage times.

  7. Where do you deliver to?
    Anywhere in the world! Postage rates on this website only apply to UK mainland. For all other destinations, we will email you the postage and packing costs before accepting payment.

  8. Returns Policy
    All our catalogue items are checked and carefully packed prior to posting. If your order is received that is damaged or faulty, or not required, you must return the item to us within 14 days and we will be happy to exchange or refund. You should quote your invoice number, name, address, postcode and telephone number on all correspondence relating to returns, advising us of the reason for return and whether you would prefer a replacement, refund or credit. Unwanted items should be in their original wrapping and in mint condition. Proof of posting is advisable.
